“We arrived on time but the queue of people having to do the consent form was huge , we had already done this online. We tried to get round but by the time we managed to get past them we are told we were too late for the tree top challenge- which is abit of a joke as we arrived before 12:45. It was no fault of our own that we could not get past the people in front. The wildlife sanctuary was good but we payed for the activity… not the sanctuary. We want a refund or at least some money back considering we couldn’t do what we paid…”
